The Sagamore Resort
Bolton Landing, NY
Due to its island location and upscale pedigree, the Sagamore had developed a reputation as a ‘private resort.’ In reality, it is very much open to the public, as are the seven restaurants and Donald Ross-designed golf course.
Our task was to dispel the rumors of exclusivity and make the resort as welcoming as possible to guests from cities throughout the northeastern US and Canada. Playful headlines with conversational thoughts combined with exceptional photography started a conversation with consumers. Print and digital ads, billboards, outbound emails, and onsite signage set the tone for the Sagamore to be enjoyed by all.

9 MILE
Schroon Lake, NY
A small resort that represented a significant investment for the owner-operator, the 9 Mile Getaway was beautifully refurbished, with two apartments above an Adirondack coffee shop.
In order to increase awareness and reservations, Trampoline created destinations within a destination by branding each set of rooms with its own moniker: The Brook and The Perch. Next, our imagery needed to cut through the clutter of online offerings, so we created a series of illustrations to highlight the region.
ART DEVLIN HOTELS
Lake Placid & Saranac Lake, NY
Affordable lodging in the Village of Lake Placid might be a surprise to find, but, to quote Al Michaels: “Do you believe in miracles?”
The Devlin, named for Olympic ski jumper Art Devlin, offers a cozy retreat at a reasonable price. The resort, with approachable rates, is the perfect destination for many of the competitors who make their way to Lake Placid to compete at its storied venues. Figure skating teams, ski clubs, and hockey squads all stay at ‘The Devlin’ or one of its sister properties in Saranac Lake.
The Adelphi Hotel
Saratoga Springs, NY
The new Adelphi Hotel on Broadway opened after a complete overhaul that included attention to every detail—and our ads captured just that. From textured caviar to polished brass, we put the little things front and center.
Once rooms were reserved, we worked to keep guests on property with tantalizing takes on Salt & Char steaks, cocktails at Morrissey’s, or brunch at The Blue Hen.
Loews Don CeSar
St. Pete Beach, FL
The Pink Palace, as it is affectionately referred to by loyal guests, was in an event slump. They approached Trampoline to create branded invitations, signage, and support materials for their New Year’s Eve soirée.
Our vintage travel take on the night caught the eye of regulars from nearby Tampa Bay (and beyond) and event registrations (and hotel reservations) tripled from the previous year. Should old acquaintance be forgot, remind them who you are with better design.
Event attendance tripled.
Snowriver Resort
Wakefield, MI
When the resort changed hands, the new ownership sought to rename the property, abandoning an outdated Native American moniker. Snowriver Mountain Resort was born, featuring Black River Basin and Jackson Creek Summit.
The brand reset was comprehensive. Following the name change was a complete rebrand, a system of matching logos, a consistent color palette, and typography that helped define the Snowriver Resort experience. Outbound marketing campaigns, billboards, video, merchandise, and restaurants all worked to create repeat impressions for skiers and riders.
Mount Snow
Dover, VT
Carinthia Parks, home to the most innovative terrain and fun features in the east, opened their new lodge in 2019. Building on 10 years of brand recognition as a guaranteed good time, the new base included two new restaurants. Trampoline handled the naming and design of both—striking a balance that would appeal to second homeowners and park rats alike.
Signage, photography, menus, and merchandise set the tone for consumers to enjoy the new lodge, and be ready for an aprés scene that launched a day full of Nitro runs well into the evening.
